Chelsea will host Arsenal at Stamford Bridge for their match week 25 Premier League 2021/22, Thursday (21/04/2022) at 12:15 midnight Indian time.

Chelsea has been in good form lately. Last week, Chelsea managed to ensure themselves through to the FA Cup final after beating Crystal Palace 2-0 through goals from Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Mason Mount.

Previously, Chelsea also won 3-2 in the second leg of the Champions League quarter-finals last week against Real Madrid. However, that victory still could not take them to the semifinals of the Champions League because they lost 4-5 on aggregate to Los Blancos.

Chelsea in their last match in the Premier League was able to pick a landslide victory 6-0 over Southampton. The victory made Chelsea firmly in the third position of the standings with a score of 62 points.

On the other hand, Arsenal looked at this match in a less good condition. The Gunners have always lost in their last 3 matches, against Crystal Palace 0-3, Brighton & Hove Albion 1-2, and Southampton 0-1.

With these bad results, Arsenal must now be willing to be eliminated from the Champions League zone and occupy the sixth position in the standings with a collection of 54 points.

At the first meeting in match week 2 of the English Premier League this season, Chelsea was able to beat Arsenal with a score of 2-0 at the Emirates Stadium. Two of Chelsea's winning goals in that match were scored by Romelu Lukaku in the 15th minute and Reece James in the 35th minute.
