After extending their unbeaten run in the Premier League opener to four, Leicester City is looking to build on the momentum as they travel to face Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday.
Arsenal won their opening Premier League game 2-0 at Selhurst Park against Crystal Palace. Leicester City drew 2-2 against Brentford at the King Power Stadium in their first league match of 2022/2023.
Arsenal won the last Premier League meeting between the two sides, coming out on top 2-0 at the Emirates Stadium last season. Thomas Party scored the first goal for the Gunners in the 11th minute.
Alexandre Lacazette is also on the scoresheet. Arsenal has beaten Leicester of late with a win in three consecutive games, as of February 2021.
The Gunners have beaten the Foxes 7-1 during their winning streak. Gabriel Martinelli had an early scoring advantage for Arsenal after scoring in the opener against Crystal Palace.
With goals against Brentford, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Timothy Castagne were the early top scorers for Leicester. Over 19 Premier League games at the Emirates Stadium last season, Arsenal had 13 wins, two draws, and four defeats. Leicester, meanwhile, has four wins, six draws, and nine defeats in their 19 Premier League games on their way.
